The following questions ask for your views on our proposals to restrict a set of high-risk cosmetic and wellbeing procedures so that they may only be carried out by specified qualified, regulated healthcare professionals (HCPs). Providers offering these treatments would also need to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
We want to hear from:
- people who provide these treatments and the businesses employing them
- people who have received or may wish to receive these treatments in future
- people with experience of the complications that can arise from receiving these treatments
- anyone with a general interest in this area
